I have a user with MICS XC 6.0 and Messaging 150 3.1 with
Contact Center and Muted Monitor for Supervisors to observe
agents. The problem is when monitored the agents T7316 sets
display as if they are on a conference call with the
supervisor.Therefore they know visually they are being monitored. On MICS XC 7.1 the feature is now called Silent Monitor but it is not clear if the agents still get the visual display.Is any familiar with this feature or another solution.
