Hello,
I am new at VOIP and I working with Mitel 3300 system. I am trying to figure out how to activate "Silent Monitor". Basically, I was asked to enable option where my VP can listen silently to conversations of some of his employees while they are on the phone. I went to Agent Group option but didn't really find anything that I can configure for Silent Monitor. I really appreciate anyone's knowledge on this!
