Silent Logon error post WK3 upgrade

Upgraded to WK3; Receiving following error message upon silent logon through MIMS API...
Error Message: Err #2300 - A silent connection could not be made to the Ellipse server.

Reinstalled ellipse client; reinstalled connector (VB6); re-registered components.

It would appear that the user has had an additional position added and the login process does not know which position to use.
