I am trying to do a silent install/unattended install for Office 2007 Compatibility Pack through Zenworks.

Under Distribution Options, Application Files, I have the directory and file name that I want installed. I then tried /quiet /passive /norestart, this did not work. It even changed the "/" to "\" in the command line. I then tried /quiet by itslef and /passive by itself with no success.

Below is the Taget File command line:
C:\Program Files\Office2000\Office\FileFormatConverters.exe \quiet

Can anyone help. Thanks.

Have you tried under Run Options setting hidden and Run as secure system user?

If all you're using ZEN for is to launch the app, I don't believe you'll find a ZEN configuration that will do what you want. It will be a command line option for the specific install app you are running. You're going to have to dig into that a little. Do some manual testing from the command line, then when you find the command line options that work, plug them into the zen object.

have you tried running

FileFormatConverters.exe /?

or

FileFormatConverters.exe /help

to find out what the command line options are?
