Silent calls MX-one 4.1 sp4 on InAttend 1.0 sp3!

Hi!

We have a customer that is running a MX-one 4.1 sp4 HF1 with Aastra InAttend 1.0 sp3.
The Attendants are having random calls that are silent. When they answere the calls there is no sound either way.
The next call can be completed successfully.........
Has anyone experienced something like this? One of the operators thinks that this only happens with calls that has been in queue for over 30 seconds....but I am not 100% sure this is correct.
