Silent Call Monitoring BCM 400 4.0 SW

Hello BCM Gurus,

I am quoting a customer that needs silent call monitoring on a BCM 400. I have read the previous posts on this matter and I am not sure if this available on the BCM 400 4.0. I have read that it works on the BCM 50 3.0. I am trying to avoid adding call center softare to my quote if possible.
 
It should work. If you go to Advance Feature setting on 4.0 software you will see the setup options for Silent Monitoring.
