Hello BCM Gurus,
I am quoting a customer that needs silent call monitoring on a BCM 400. I have read the previous posts on this matter and I am not sure if this available on the BCM 400 4.0. I have read that it works on the BCM 50 3.0. I am trying to avoid adding call center softare to my quote if possible.
