Silence Support is activated automatically again after deactivated.CP205 telephone

Hi Friends

Here in our country the ITSP not support silence support.

This parameter is deleted from the profile to work with ITSP.

If the silence support ON or OFF ,one way voice problem occurred.

So the parameter silence support removed from the profile.

From other providers we are getting the same issue. We deactivated silence support parameter in CP Phones and the one way voice problem is not appearing.

The problem is that the silence support is automatically activated again in phones.
How can this will resolve.

I would expect the session negotiation to be between the SIP service provider and the HG3550 STMI providing the native SIP connection, not a negotiation between the phone and service provider. Assuming this is 4K. So if your CGWB for HG3550CO STMI is correct, then the codecs should be restricted to what is allowed. Wireshark trace would be helpful here.
