Silence on Transfer Recall to 5550IP

Hi Guys,

I have a MCD5 connected via DPNSS to an iSDX and if a caller rings the switchboard (5550IP) on their main number DDI via the Gamma SIP trunks and they transfer the call to a iSDX extn, if the user doesn’t answer it recalls back at the switchboard as expected. All this part works fine. However whilst it is ringing the switchboard back at the recall part, the caller gets silence so assumes the call has failed when it hasn’t.

There is embedded MOH progammed and I have tried selecting the relevant COS options to play MOH on transfer but with no joy.

Any ideas?
