Ok I'm confused now(again). I have a vtc it works fine through the SILC card in BRI. BUT now they want it to go secure direct PRI though the switch. The unit is a Tandberg and it seems to plug in via RJ45. I have a dual port PRI card kicking around. Do i have to program this card and plug the unit directly in? And where do i start????
