sil3114 sata raid drivers needed for windows xp pro 64

I am building a new system with a Gigabyte k8nxp-sli and need drivers for windows xp pro 64. I have not been able to find a driver that will work. I am setting it up with raid 1. I was able to find a driver in a exe format but unable to get the needed files to floppy.

any help would be appreciated

Google is really talking about setting up in a non raid enviroment and on a windows xp pro not pro 64.But thanks for the help.
