Signing ActiveX control

I read up on signing an activeX control. They say one needs to download the Internet Client SDK, as it contains a file called signcode.exe. I did download the SDK but there is no signcode.exe file.



Any idea where else I can get this file from?

Can somebody perhaps give me a link to ActiveX SDK download page? Microsoft's site search is useless.
