The box is ticked ! The signature is in but sometimes it is not showing in e-mails. This happens sometimes when connected through the web based function.
Are you getting any error message? I've seen something similar... User created a signature file in HTML format, and placed in in a local directory. When user logged in on a different pc, Notes wouldn't find the html file, result was no signature.
Does this problem occur when using iNotes, or does it happen only from a Notes client?
If iNotes is in use, check the following from the users session:
Open an iNotes session, click Preferences, check "Automatically append signature...", add the contents of the signature, save and close. Test.
