Signature in Outlook 2000.

Hi,
I am using word 2000 as my outlook message editor, and when i try to create a signature in word, i receive the following message "There is insufficient memory or disk space, close all windows and save your work"

i could not figure out why this thing is happining.
the PCs i have they are new with lots of resorces.
