Signature in Lotus Notes 6.5

Hello everybody
I have to configure a Lotus Dominio 6.5 server, I have to write a signature just like this for every users.
"This e-mail and the information it contains are confidential and may be privileged. If you have received this email in error..."
Is it a setting of the server or I have to configure every single client?
I have not idea how to do
