We've created a new corporate logo that the company wants us to put in everyone's signature. I'm trying to make an .RTF template that everyone can use. When I create it in Word 2000, it looks great, but when Outlook 2000 inserts it as an autosignature, the image is fuzzy. I'm using a 300 DPI JPG file.

Any ideas? Jason Wilder

Just a guess, but try starting with a blank signature, then click on advanced edit. Let Outlook use Wordpad and paste your graphic into there.

I tested this method and it looks pretty good.
