Signaling Server - Connection Lost While on call

Hi all

we have a CS1K that that all IP phones on it, over the last two weeks we have notice that some calls would lose audio for a few seconds and then come back.

some users are saying they see "server unreachable"

it has become an ongoing issue that we cant seem to find the cause, any ideas?

It sounds like you have some kind of intermittent network issue.

In the CS1K LD 137 do a stat elnk and look for input or output errors and collisions.

In the sig server look in /var/log/nortel/ss_common.log for eth0 errors or messages.

thanks for the response

I tried to stat the elnk but the feature was not listed, there was prt elnk and it shows the "ACTIVE ETHERNET:"

ss_common.log there was not eth0 errors but this one

"csv: (ERROR) tRUDPSS: Delinquent connection 0x878f268 lost between"

any ideas?
