Does anyone have complete instructions on how to change the IP on these devices?

Also, if you have the instructions for PBX and Call Pilot that would be great!

Please note we have Symposium.

Thanks.

I would start by begging them not to make you change ip addresses.

Are you just changing the tlan and clan ip addresses? or do you have to change the elan ip's also?

I usually start at the CS change the HOST IP address change mask if required out old route and add new Route & enable. Update Database. If its a CS1000E change the IPs for the Media Gateways (Superloops). Once all the switch is up. Put the install disk in the Lead Sig Server, boot from CD in Install menu do Basic Sig Server Config and make changes to IP. Boot SS log into Element Manager delete old node and retrieve new one. Complete Node Config save transfer, reboot leader. Once up and stable boot followers and Media cards.

If its a release 5/5.5 do the MGC configs as well.

Callpilot Change the IP addresses in windows network connections then run through the config wizard in callpilot manager and change the server settings resellect the E & C LAN's Reboot. Symposium Not Sure but would expect it to be about the same alter the Network Connections then change the Configuration for the symposium (depends what type of syposium it is express, etc)
