Signaling Server and Element Manger

Element Manager!
What I want to know is there a way to Check the Reports and Logs like Event Viewer in Windows and make sure that the Signaling server is running optimally.
When i log into Element Mager i see Logs and Reports but that doesnt give me what I'm looking for.

much appreciated.
