What level of software are you running on your Call Server?
You should have the same release on your Sig Server, and in element manager you can look at the loadware of the MC32s cards, and it should match the one avialable in the element manager. For phone firmware go on nortel an get the latest release that works with your Call Server software level.
I just upgraded to release 5.50J and I used all the loadware that was on the signaling server CD to push to the MC32S cards, but when I go to the Nortel website there are like 8 others.
