Signal Quality Vs Signal Strength

Hi,

I have a Dlink Wireless card and a router.

I keep losing my connection. When I look at the utility. The strength seems to be OK(50% - 100%) but quality to close to zero.

What is the difference between Sginal Strength and Signal quality?

Also some times the signal fluctuates a lot. There is no cordless phone or microwave around. However there is a TV but the signal fluctuates even when the TV is OFF.

Any help?
