sign up for ccna exam, Intro and ICND

Hey anyone know where i can get signed up for the ccna exam. Been studying now for 8 months. I read both the ccna and icnd books and setup 2501, 2503, 2504, 1900, 2924 equipment as a home network. Setting up vlans and rip routing protocol, deleted rip and installed igrp, deleted and installed ospf. I setup console, telnet, encrypted passwords on all my machines. Got all my equipment communiting well and got it running on my cable modem lan connection with a wireless connection also. Im pretty sure im ready to take it and i search all online and cant find nothing for the test dates in the Dallas/Plano texas area. Anyone got a link for me or an idea of where i can find out the exam dates so i can get enrolled. Im prolly going to cram for another month and go take the test in january as long as its possible. Please let me know,
