After installing W2K Advanced, some users, when logging in get the message their password or username is incorrect. On the server they have been locked out AND you cannot just uncheck the locked out box, I must actually reset their password, to allow them to log on. Then everthing is normal. The server is set to lock out after 5 attempts and it is not the same users or a perticular OS or machine.

Well, first thing I'd do is check and make sure that it isn't the result of five unsuccessful login attempts first, possibly by an intruder. You can check this out in the event log. I don't know your level of expertise, so I'm just shooting out ideas here.
