Sig Server with System Manager

In a normal, pre System/Session Mgr system there always had to be at least 1 deployment manager configured. Is this still true with System Manager as it is supposed to be the "Deployment Manager"?

System Manager in 7.5 is now your Primary Security Server and is also your UCM which is where the Deployment Manager resides. However, you can still deploy another server locally if you like.
