Sierra/CA Remote Access

Is there a way to do remote maintenance on a Sierra /CA cabinet through the NAC card? I can see the ports (2) open and "connect" through telnet but that is where I am stopped.

I have only seen it done with the Lucent proprietary tool. It uses OCL to interact with the system.
