Siemens TC35 GSM modem - problem.

Hi people! I have some trouble with TC35. It was extremely easy to connect two PC-s via these modems vith Hyper Terminal (AT commands, data call) but when I connected it to an Atmega128 controller via MAX232, it refuses to connect (modem must auto-answer after one call, so does with HT), as it seems 3-wire connection (GND, RXD, TXD) isn't enough, I also tried to give an rising edge on DTR, RTS.. but no effect. So if anyone knows how to control another pins, please let me know coz my project is going to be out-of-time and my boss will be veeeery angry of this. Pleeeeeaaaseee heeeeeeelllpppp!
