We used SDC INtellidesk consoles on 9006.5 systems in the past. Any other type of software based Siemens or 3rd party console still sold for US based 9006.5 systems.
On your intellidesk did you experience random logouts of the phone from ACD, mysterious periods of time when no one could contact the switchboard and rebooting fixed the problem, or long periods of RNA that appeared to be tied to the operator placing an outgoing call?
Nope, never experienced any issues like that. Worst problem was recalls due to misconfigured trunks in the 9005 system it was tied to. Other than that no issue
