Yes they are individual units, there is an access on top of the fan assembly. Remove it and all four fans are exposed. Before you start ordering fans make sure they are bad, take a pencil and try to spin them up. A lot of times they just have a bad spot on the armature. And they can be swapped hot, you just unplug the power and the fan sides up
