I wonder if anyone can help me with a second user Realitis Voicemail card 1HAC 50089ABC (not DX Messenger)?
I have recently bought this card and wish to tailor it to my own requirements. Unfortunately, I can't get into the software to do this as a password is required which has been set by the previous maintainer. I am also given to understand that there are at least two levels of password, one for admin and one for maintenance.
Does anyone out there know how to discover these passwords or reset them to manufacturer default (which I believe is no password set)?
It seems such an awful shame and waste that a working item of kit or software can be rendered useless by the use of passwords - probably a manufacturer ploy!
