I am trying to create a call processing box in our phonemail system that when callers press 0 or time out the call will transfer to the operators console. However we need the operator console to see the name of the callprocessing box that it came from. Has anyone seen this or is it possible to pass that information to the console.

I believe the console will just say the call is from PhoneMail. I have never found a way around it. That doesn't mean there isn't one - just that after 10+ years of trying I haven't found it yet!

There is a option I think.

Look in the Manager at;

System Parameters > tick transfered by

This is a system wide setting so it will be set for everyone.
Make sure the port from your Phonemail system are set to phone mail 5 or 6 digits.
