siemens hipath user name-root and password-hicom not working

when i do login in siemens hipath 4000 by using user name-root and password-hicom its showing authoriazation error. what is master login and password of siemens hipath 4000

When you say - login
Is that on Comwin (Expert Access) or the Assistant on browser ?

Login from comwin , when we give any command i.e. cha-date, show authorization and if we login through assistant password error as someone change the authorization level of user name -root and change the password of assistant

Sorry, I can not understand.

There is one username and password for Comwin
There is another username for Assistant

They are normally different usernames and passwords.

What version of HiPath is this ?

Has your system recently been upgraded to V7? The default passwords changed in V7 for Comwin and a few other things, so if you were recently upgraded and your vendor did not reset the password to what it was before that might be causing your problem.

There is no upgradetion. System is working on V5.0 but vendor change the authorization level of user :- root.

Above is table shown that authorization level is change to username - root

Any one how to change the authorization with any master username and password
