Siemens HIPATH - TFE adapter - door opener relay

Hello, unfortunately I couldn't find in the blog any answer to my problem.
I have a Siemens Hipath 3550 (v. 4) which works fine with a TFE adapter (door opener).
Now I need to use the door latch relay and I need to adjust the activation time.
I know there is a default time of 255 x 100ms, and so I tried to modify the switcing time of the door opener relay, from 255 to another value (I need 1 sec activation). But in any case the door opener is activated for at about 13 sec., regardless of the value I entered (also if I enter value 0)
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi.
I assume that you are using an Entrance Telephone with Amplifier (TFE-S).

In OpenScape Office MX the timer is a fixed timer (cannot be changed) and is approx. 2 sec
In a H3K this timer was standard 3 sec.
So I think (cannot be sure) that is similar for V4.
Only a SW correction can modify this timer (as it was for OpenScape Office MX)
