Siemens Hipath Support recemmendations

Hello,

We have several Hipath 4000's but due to their extremely high support prices we are now driven to look elsewhere for support.

We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area so a local Silicon Valley company would be preferred.

Any recommendations?
