Can anyone help with step by step guide to configure Siemens Hipath 4000 to integrate with Cisco CU-CM version 10.X using SIP protocol.

I have done the configuration for the CUCM but the configuration with the Siemens PBX seems to be incomplete.

The challenge experience is that we have one-way call, calls from Siemens to Cisco is not successful (engaged tone) and calls from Cisco is successful.

All the documents i have been seeing does not show configuration procedure for the Siemens rather, it was display of interfaces, nothing shows the step for the configurations.

One way speech is often codec issues or routing issues.

The fact that you can call from Cisco to Hipath but not the other way around suggests either the Cisco is blocking calls from the Hipath or the Hipath doesn't have an IP route to the Cisco.

Also in the codec Parameters ensure ClearMode (ClearChannelData) is set to Off.

We haven't gone Hipath 4000 to Cisco yet but we implemented ISDX to Cisco last year. (V. little documentation on ISDX SIP).
