Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience in connecting a Siemens Hipath 3000 which is equipped with a HG1500 to a SIP provider.
We currently have a Siemens 3800 v7 with a HG1500 v7 card and are calling using an ISDN30 (E1) line.
A few weeks we got a 2 channel SIP line for testing. I installed it on a Vertical Televantage 8 and it works perfectly.
I'm now wondering if it's possible to connect the SIP line to the HG1500, preferably on LAN port 2.
Anyone know how to configure this at all in both the 3800 and the HG1500? Any pointers at al are appreciated!

Vincent

Hi,

We have a HiPath4000 V2 and would like to interconnect it to a AVAYA softswitch. The 2 sites are connected using a CISCO router. Has anybody done such a project?

Regards
Badri
