Hello All,

Can I block a inbound number from the switch? Thanks in advance for any help.

delete the extension example 1234
DEL-SBCSU:1234,ALL;
OR
DEL-SCSU:1234,ALL;
then
DEL-WABE:CD,1234,,,,STN;

If the numbers do not fallback to the Operator (COP/COT parameters on the Trunk)
then the number will not work incoming

It could also be in RUFUM - Direct inbound number translation.

to see if it is in RUFUM

REG-RUFUM;

DEL-RUFUM:DID,1234;

Please explain exactly what you mean. Do you want to restrict someone with a certain phone number from dialing in to your HiPath 4000? If so, and you have HiPath 4000 V5 or V6, you can use AMO CLIMA.

You can change the station's Class of Service to the one that has DID Block (DIDBLK) voice authorization.

I can't answer the question so I haven't commented so far, but I read (into) the original post:

We have a psycho ex-boyfriend calling one of our employees and I want to know if I can block them from being able to call into our system??

I've gotten this question a great many times over the years, and I know where there's a will there's a way with the ANI tables and stuff, but I'll be danged if I'm gonna spend a couple of weeks figuring out how to do it and then the once or twice a year I actually have to I end up not being able to remember how I did it!!
