Hi, Anyone can help me whit some LCR programmering
I want to call across Cornet network for local calls. ex. from Denmark to call a Dubai number whit 00971 is working, but from Denmark to Singapore with 0065 don't work, i thing the is a problem in HG1500/PBX/Nodes. The Singapore call go to the Dubai PBX. Call route Dubai is 00971 <1> node 1 and Singapore 0065 <2> node 2

Can't the system only handle one access for calls ?

I can help you i just need to understand how your routing is set up?

When does the call fail? e.g. does it allow you to dial it and then you get a delayed message that would indicate that the call via the lcr is correctly getting to the HG1500 card?

You need to cut the problem in half by monitoring the call traffic from an extension in maintenance call monitoring, monitor an extension and place test calls from there.

You should see the calls accessing the various ports and if it is getting to the HG1500 card?

If it is then the issue is with your routing either on the HG1500 of the local system or the lcr/HG1500 programming at the far end.

If you could perhaps supply a kds for this i could at least check the routing in the LCR tables and then advise on the HG1500 routing required?
