Siemens DECT Wireless, on HiPath 3350 funny problem

Hello

On a HiPAth 3350 with EVM and Integrated DECT, with 3 BS4 base stations on the mainboard.

And about 25 handsets (mix of Sl1 professional, and SL2 professional) I get a funny problem.

For some reason recently, some of the phones make a very short ring, when someone else goes into their caller list to check infotexts.

For instance, i went in to the callewr list on one phone, and i could hear a lot of the other phones in the building, making a short ringing noise.

I cant reproduce this every time i go to caller list.

Is it the EVM or what makes this ?

The flag for warning signal on call pickup groups in the HiPath is NOT ticked.

Hi Juldal,

I have seen an issue where the dect phones give a chirp and then the bell symbol appears on the display. It was fixed with a software upgrade on the 3550.

What version and binder are you running?

Hello

I found the cause for it, it was in Plus Product Flags /MW
it was set to use special dial tone.

After this was set to none, the problem was gone.
