Hi All,
Please see if you can help.
I have an IPO (pure IP) and are wanting to put down a Siemens A510 as a sip extension.
Have the 3rd party endpoint license, but cannot get the Gigaset base station to register with the IPO.
Any ideas or advise?

trace with monitor so that you can see where it fails

I've wrote pdf once for a IP475 but all those Gigasets are quite similar.
There is one little problem ( for you ) it is written in dutch but the pictures are self explaining so it may be usefull.
Here it is.

@ Intigrant.

Thanks for this info. have set this up step by step, but yet still "registration failed".

Please see data from Monitor, i do not have the skill set to analyse this, so if anybody could help

is your user name 203 or is that just your extension number?
use the Name for registration so if your name is different then try that.

@intrigrant nice document

I see only invites coming in (Rx) but nothing from IP Office to the phone (Tx) so it looks like the SIP Registrar on LAN 1 is not enabled.
