I am working on a problem where the receptionist says that when she presses her nite mode button, all of the CO lines do ring on alternate phones in another dept. She says that the line associated with button 23, which is an SIE 678/B6, should do the same, but it is not. I checked in the MB 4-37 and 4-38 programs and did not see a problem. I am not sure what other MBs would control this nite ring assignment on that SIE. Can you please give me some feedback on this problem? Calls are ringing to only one phone after she leaves, her phone, and no where else. I know that SIEs cannot be forwarded.
