I have a trust relationship between NT4 domain and 2003 AD.

I have migrated the test users and test computers over using ADMT3.

The user can access some of the resources but cannot access others?

I have ensured sidhistory filtering is disabled using
netdom trust trustingdomain /domain:trusteddomain /quarantine:no

Any ideas?

How is resource access granted? via Security Groups? and if so are they local or global security groups? Via a trust user accounts from one domain can only be nested into local security groups of another domain...
