Sidekick99 and XP Pro Help Needed 2

I have a computer with xp pro on and just went to load my Sidekick99 it starts to load but says it has detected sidekick on the machine and my computer needs to restart. I then do as it asks but it still refuses to load the programme. Help what can I do its driving me nuts. I desparetly need sidekick on the machine.

Nice to know that you're there, I started the Forum to get answers for myself and I have got lots, but I keep feeling I have to be there when anyone asks a question.
It is great to know that I can relax now there are others like yourself around with the info...
