Sidekick V 2.0 Address.SDK Corrupt

I had just added a new contact into the address book and then took a phone call. Whne I got off the phone and looked back at the screen all the names were still listed on the right side of the screen but all the card data on the right sid of the screen was gone. I exited out of the program and then attempted to reopen and got an error message saying "Not a Valid Cardfile". I opened explorer and checked the file size and it indicates the address.sdk to have a file size of 0.

I have been building this file for years and really need to recover the data if at all possible. Any suggestions are greatley appreciated.

I have left you here up to now as I didn't think I would have any answer to your post.
Have you managed to get any of the Data back?
If you can get your info from disc and it is damaged then try the following shareware program CDBFDBFViewerandEditor at the following location:

http://www.padring.com/soft/Business/Database/CDBFDBFViewerandEditor.html

If you have managed to get your Data back, then I suggest you get a program like
SecondCopy2000 to avoid a repetition of your problem.
(I imagine you have already come to the same conclusion yourself)
