I am trying to install sidekick v.2.0 on an 98 machine and I seem to have lost my sidekick.ini file. Does anyone have a copy of this file they could email me? Or how to redo the file from a text file?

Thanks,

Jason

Jim,

I already have the pipeline file, I need the "sidekick.ini" file that is placed in the windows directory.

thanks,

Jason

Here Follows the Sidekick.ini file.
Just Copy this and paste into Notepad and save as Sidekick.ini you can then change your preferences to suit you.
I do have several versions of Sidekick on my Computer but I would say that this is the one from 95 judging from some of the entries (add 1 to make something active and 0 to disable)

Very Important: See the lines above the red Text and remove those 2 lines and leave a space instead.
Also remove the 'u' from colour so as to read
Square left Bracket Color Setting Square Right Bracket
I had to put the 'u' in as Tecumseh markup Language makes all of the last bit of text, after that, turn red.

I now see where the password is kept and I could mention it to Alpaca who was looking for the answer to that question.
If you need more help post again.
