Sidekick fails to Start after trying to print labels 1

I've encountered the same problem noted in the earlier thread.
Trying to print labels from the Card View and Sidekick closed down immediately.
Worst still it now will not start- the PC shows a warning- \ city info.dat and if this is closed it then shows-
Runtime Error- Program C\Starfish\Sidekick98\program\sidekick.exe Abnormal Program Termination
Any ideas how I can get back to normal and I'll just forget about label printing from Sidekick- It's too risky.
Otherwise the program has worked away well for many years.

Even after rebooting the PC- Still Sidekick failed to launch and continued to show the warning \city info.dat
However finally managed to get Sidekick going again- In File Explorer found the Sidekick program application file .exe
Right clicked on this and then clicked on "Trouble Shoot Compatability"
This brought up- Affecting Issues
Clicked on this and then the option "Try Recommended Settings".
This launched Sidekick and we were back to normal.
Finally clicked on "Save Settings"
Hopefully all is calm for a while again.
Will leave the Print Label option alone unless someone has a solution
