sidekick 99 installshield

Please help. The installshield of sidekick 99,the self extracting executable, freezes at 99%.
And the installshield of sidekick 98,the self extracting executable, freezes at 99%.
os is xp home.
The sidekick 95 doesnt startup anymore but freezes in the beginning, please help

Are you installing it when you are logged in as Administrator?
Post back with your answer but it is 00:40 here (Ireland) and I won't get back to you until the morning

No I did not install it with the loggin as an administrator.
It works very well in safe mode, but it doesnt work anymore in normal mode...
