Hi. I trying to create a sales report of total pounds of chemicals sold and price of chemicals sold. Mgnt wants this year vs last year (Jan thru Sept). My pounds and price figures are based on formulas. (different part numbers weigh different amounts and price changes if its a return or purchase). works great for one date parameter. but now i need to put the same info, plus add last years in the same report, side by side and show percent changes and stuff. is there a way to do this? right now i run a report for each year and then export to excel but its cumbersome i would like to do this in crystal and appreciate any guidance.

Subtract 1 from the parm year to get all data and make any summary data contingent upon the year.
This might be accomplished via conditional formulas or Runnig Totals.
Post some specifics about the tables and desired output.
