SI_PROGID was not found in the collection 1

Having a few problems with the Crystal Enterprise Admin.
It is Crystal Enterprise 10.

On trying to run the User Administrative tool I get the above error message immediately.
We have tried re-installing Crystal Enterprise and do not seem to have had any luck.

Also, within Object Reporting Helper clicking on "Refresh all reports on the CMS" eventually gives an error of "SI_REFRESH_OPTIONS was not found in the collection"

Anybody any ideas on how to fix this?

No answer from the experts? Must be Spring Break. I'd take a guess at your IIS configuration for the Crystal web site/virtual directory. Do you give execute permissions to Scripts and Executables? I'm shooting in the dark, but the error turns my suspicions to IIS.

That sounds like a high possibility - we had a few problems with IIS before.
