Shutting down Web Connector (CE 8.5)

HI All,

I wish to stop the access of External web connection (Web Connector in DMZ), on an adhoc bases (Needed whilst db is updates). The problem start when I say I want to keep internal access, which eliminates the stopping of the Web Server...

Unfortunately I can not mess with the Firewall (Comms people get stropy)
