shutting down the server

Just wondering how do i shutdown the netware server. Is there a console command. I can't seem to find anything in the GUI interface. I'm just pressing in the power button for now, not sure if this will lead to file corruption.

Pressing the power button will almost certainly lead to file corruption. Console commands to shut down a server are as follows:

RESTART SERVER - this command brings the server down and automatically restarts the server

RESET SERVER - this command brings the server down and performs a soft reboot before reloading the server

DOWN - this command brings the server down and returns to a DOS prompt - it is safe to use the power button to switch off the server at the DOS prompt
