I have two Servers having ESXI. One machine have CM, Session manager and System manager VM installed on second Server ACR and SLAMON VMs are installed. What is the correct procedure/Sequence to Shutdown both the servers?? What is the correct sequence of energizing the servers/Application.

I'd suggest the following sequence:

1. SLAMON
2. ACR
3. ESXi-2
4. SM
5. CM
6. SMGR
7. ESXi-1

Power up procedure follows the opposite sequence. Make sure you put SM in denial mode first before shutting it down then to accepting mode after powering it up. Normally, when you power up the ESXi host, the VMs automatically starts up as well.
